I ordered these last week and when they showed up a few days later, the packaging was disappointing. The lashes were just in a thin mailer, so by the time I opened it that afternoon, the lash box was bent up and messy. The seal also looked like it was already partly open, and since there was no padding inside, everything had been sliding around during shipping. The lashes themselves seemed okay, but it didn’t feel very clean or worth the price. I emailed photos the same day and only got a basic response back. I really think the packaging needs a lot more care

I was hoping this would be better, and at first I was excited to try it. But after using it, I kind of felt disappointed. It’s not terrible or anything, but for the price, I just don’t think it’s worth the money sadly

I really wanted to like these, and I tried to be patient with them, but they just weren’t comfortable on me. They looked decent when I first put them on, so I kept thinking maybe I just needed to get used to them, but after a few hours my eyes felt heavy and a little irritated. The band was also way more noticeable than I expected, which got annoying fast. They might be okay for a short night out, but I definitely wouldn’t want to sit there forcing myself to tolerate them all day.

I was really hoping to find more styles, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the items looked kind of the same to me, and I couldn’t find the type I was actually looking for. I also got the impression that when I tried to explain what I wanted, nobody really read or paid attention to it. Overall, I don’t have much reason to come back.

Dealing with support was a joke. They took forever to respond, and when they finally did, the replies were so useless it felt like they didn’t even understand the problem. Not exactly impressive.

I was disappointed with this glue. The adhesive started lifting way too quickly, so it really didn’t feel like a good value...

I was really hoping this would look more natural, but it ended up looking way too fake on me and just wasn’t what I wanted. Disappointing, honestly. I’d at least expect an apology for how different it felt from what I thought I was getting.

Just a heads up for anyone trying these: they’re not the easiest to put on right away. It took me quite a while to get them lined up properly, and I definitely got a bit frustrated. I’d suggest taking your time and maybe having someone help if you can

I was disappointed with these lashes. When I took them out of the package, they already felt kind of cheap and flimsy, but I still wanted to give them a chance because sometimes lashes look better once they’re actually on. They were okay for one wear, but by the time I took them off, they were already falling apart and didn’t seem like they could be reused at all. I was expecting something a little sturdier, especially since most lashes can usually handle more than one use if you’re careful with them. These just didn’t hold up for me, so I wouldn’t buy them again.
